Room was super cozy like a studio. Loved the flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and private bathroom with free toiletries. The gym was usually quiet, and breakfast had good hot and cold options plus fresh fruit. Location was perfect near great restaurants and the convention center. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

the manager was nice and breakfast had good options.
the room was dirty when we arrived and the phone was broken. valet was mandatory and super expensive.

Great location near bars and restaurants, comfy bed, high floor with city views, close to convention center and 5th and 6th Streets action.
Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

the location was perfect for exploring downtown, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We received great dining recommendations and enjoyed the spacious and quiet rooms. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety and the attentive staff catered to all our needs and requests.
Almost perfect 😕 the wifi was not reliable.
